With a proven track record of over $600K in client results and 250+ businesses served, Aundra brings a rare combination of strategic precision and hands-on execution to every engagement. She does not advise from a distance — she builds alongside her clients using the firm's proprietary Strategic Growth Method™, a five-phase framework designed to move businesses from instability to scale with intention. Aundra is based in Los Angeles, California.

Operations AdministratorJasmin serves as the Operations Administrator at Aundra&Co, supporting the day to day administrative and operational functions of the firm. She is the first point of contact for client communication, manages client onboarding, monitors project activity across all active engagements, and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks between the team and the clients we serve.
